Pace "Hill" Estate Sale

**PRE-SALES**

• Only items specifically marked as **Available for Pre-Sale** with a price and description may be purchased prior to the sale.

• Items not marked as Available for Pre-Sale will not be sold in advance and will be available when the sale opens to the public.

• To purchase a pre-sale item, please text Mike at 850-889-5355 with your name and the item you wish to purchase.

• Pre-sales end at 5:00 PM on the day prior to the sale.

• A payment link will be sent via GoDaddy. Payment must be made upon receipt or the item may be offered to the next interested buyer.

• All pre-sale purchases must be picked up during the scheduled sale dates. Items not picked up by the end of the sale will be considered abandoned and no refund will be issued.

• Sales tax will be collected at the time of purchase.

• Dealers must provide a valid resale certificate.
