Cash and credit cards are accepted forms of payment. We require a $25 minimum along with a 3% convenience fee on all credit card purchases.
As required by Florida Law, we charge sales tax, which is added to all purchases, unless you bring a copy of your current Florida Resale Certificate for our records.
All items are sold AS-IS, and all sales are FINAL! Please inspect all items before purchasing as there are NO refunds or exchanges.

This is a small moving sale in the community of Lakes of Mount Dora. The gate will be open so no code is needed. You must follow your GPS as signs are not allowed by the HOA inside the community.
Pictures will be posted weekend of August 16.
