Accepting Cash(preferred), Apple Pay, Venmo, Cash App and Paypal, and personal check. Checks payable to Toni Brewer. Bring help to load large items. Please bring boxes, with the amount of smaller items in sale. There will be boxes, wrapping paper provided. Not responsible for any accidents/injuries. Parking available on both sides of the road. Please be very attentive to all the other homeowners and their yards/property/sprinklers when parking for this sale. Entrance to the sale can be through the front door or garage although the front door is the preferred access point to this sale. The cashier and holding tables are just inside the front door. There are bathrooms available for your use. This sale will have merchandise within the house, garage, covered patio and pool area. Weather issues may also come into play here in Florida. We will alert everyone who sees us on this site of any date changes. This sale is a one day sale and a follow up to a previous sale a couple of weeks ago. The hours are Saturday from 9-3 or until the last buyer leaves.

FYI, this sale has been postponed due to hurricane in the gulf. We will conduct the sale the following Saturday(October 5th). This is a follow up sale to a previous estate sale(Schneider family)from a couple of weeks ago. Still plenty of antiques, collectibles and household items available. Prices will be minimum of 50% off from 9-12 and 70% off from 12 to closing. Everything must go so we will be negotiable. All the pics show the remaining inventory. You can also look up previous sale for any more description although plenty of items did already sell.
