Hi Folks...Welcome to this Awesome Sale at 2064 AURORA DRIVE, NAVARRE, FL  32566!  This sale will take place on FRIDAY & SATURDAY, October 24th & 25th from 8am to 2pm.  This sale has the home, garage, and 2 outbuildings.  We are full!  If you would like to Pre-Buy anything, please contact Julie via text or phone at 850-889-5355.  ***Please note: I had to write the descriptions using estatesales.net.  Therefore half of the pictures have pricing on the pictures, half do not.  You must go to estatesales.net or our website, www.emeraldcoastestatesales.com for pre-sale pricing.  Here is how pre-selling works...

**Any Pre-Sale items will have a Number, Price & Description.
**If you wish to purchase items that don't have a description and price, please text or call the contact on the sale or shop the sale on Scheduled Sale Dates.
**If you wish to purchase a "Pre-Sale" item, please text or call Julie at 850-889-5355.  Please send your NAME, the ITEM, ITEM NUMBER and picture of the Item.
**PRE-SALES end at 5:00pm on the day prior to the sale.
**All SALES ARE FINAL, WHERE IS, AS IS.  NO REFUNDS.
**A payment link from SQUARE will be sent to you.  Payment must be paid UPON RECEIPT of link or item will be reposted For Sale.
**All items MUST be PICKED UP during the SALE DATES.  If any item is not picked up by the end of the sale, there WILL NOT BE A REFUND.

**Taxes will be charged at time of purchase.  If you are a dealer, please bring a copy of your resale certificate.
