TAX EXEMPT SHOPPERS.. PLEASE HAVE YOUR CURRENT 2025 PAPERS AS PROOF AND BE PREPARED TO LEAVE A COPY IF YOU HAVE NOT DONE SO YET THIS YEAR. ALSO PLEASE MENTION YOU ARE EXEMPT PRIOR TO CHECK OUT. WE ARE NOT ALL AWARE OF YOUR STATIS.
We Accept Cash (preferred), Zelle.. Debit & Credit Cards w/ proper I.D. and (sorry, No Checks)
Sorry but, Starting Jan 1st 2025 To offset cost we are now having to charge a 3 % charge for usage of Debit and Credit Cards.

No more large bags allowed Period on the floors in Homes!!! You will be asked to leave it in a supplied Tote to gather your items in!! We have been doing this for awhile now with the totes and its worked out well.. then we can ring up your items and place them in your bags as you wish. This has decreased check out times considerably and ““will”” be practiced from here out! Thank you for the Cooperation!!
We try to test all electrical items but sometimes that gets past us. Please feel free to test any and all yourself to assure working. After All its your item, be sure you are happy with it. ( ALL SALES ARE FINAL.. SORRY NO REFUNDS ONCE YOU HAVE LEFT THE SALE..)
All items Sold as used unless in Boxes or unopened. Please bring help to load your larger items.

Also Home is Monitored by Camera’s So you consent to being filmed while on premises..We request that IF You bring large shopping bags or bags of any sort into the home we ask that you place them/it in and use a supplied tote to gather all your items. No exceptions or deviations from this rule, please! These totes are working out well and after we ring up your items, we can them put them in your bags as you wish. This reduces check-out and waiting times by a considerable amount. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation!
THIS HOME IS PACKED!!!( as seen in photos) Sorry there WILL be limited access into the Home!! No More than 20 at a time, then it will be one out one in proceeding and there will be a door person allowing access. SO Be Patient Please.!!! Thank you. In addition.. All Furniture, Lawn Mower, Golf Cart, Washer Dryer are For Sale on Presale ONLY.. No other Shopping is allowed prior to sale! If interested in any of those items please contact Prior.This being said some items may have been purchased prior to sale. I will do my best to eliminate photos prior if pictured separately.
I am not going into a long drawn out list of OBVIOUSLY thousands of items But they were collectors of Retro and finer things. Most are of good to very good condition. Roseville, Mikasa, Nu Wave, Kitchen Aid, Copper Chef, Gorham, Crystals, Collectibles, Fiesta ware, etc. Garage Pictures have not been added yet but will be very soon. A Very Religious family so there is a large amount of Religious items as well.
