In the living room we have a very nice sofa by La-Z-Boy with coordinating La-Z-Boy reclining chair. 54 inch flatscreen TV, Magnavox Blu-ray player, Kenwood vintage speakers, Golden Gate Bridge schematics picture, end tables with matching coffee table, two sofa/entry tables, lamps, accessories, greenery, Westminster Tempus Fugit mantle clock, small bookshelf, Galileo thermometer, many Avon cologne car bottles, beautiful Ralph Lauren umbrella with leather handle, many CDs and DVDs, some albums and 45s.

Kitchen has a nice set of yellow Rachael Ray pots and pans, George Foreman grill, glasses, electric can opener, ice bucket, knife block set, coffee maker, Simple Human trashcan, set of china, beautiful wood tray, vintage Insta Blend blender, vintage Corningware bakeware, vintage Pyrex bakeware, vintage Mountain Wood Trellis Blossom, stoneware set, nice dinette set with four chairs on casters. Laundry room has cleaning products, laundry products, tons of laundry detergent and a set of Frigidaire Affinity front load washer and dryer on pedestals iron and ironing board.

The main suite has a very nice Beauty Rest queen adjustable bed in perfect condition. Nice traditional desk, nice chair, Toshiba laptop computer, desk lamp, paper products and office supplies, HP printer, a vintage Sony reel to reel tape recorder, vintage Pioneer turntable, 20 inch flatscreen TV, speakers, men’s jewelry box , blanket/quilt rack, queen size bedding, sheet sets, comforter set, blankets, bed pillows, many accessories and wall art. In the closet we have all men’s clothing in size medium, very nice men’s shoes in size 8, luggage, wood shoe stretchers, spinning shoe rack. On the patio, there is a nice patio table with four chairs.

2005 club car golf cart with newer batteries, rain canopy, charger. We are asking 1750.00 and it runs great!!
