The highest bidder on a lot shall be the buyer of the lot. The purchase price shall be the sum of 1) the price at which the item is sold (hammer price), 2) a buyer’s premium equal to or $1 or 3%, plus 3) sales tax unless the purchaser is exempt by law from such taxes.
Items not picked up at the designated time and place will be considered abandoned and no longer available. There will be no refunds for abandoned items. Do not bid if you will not be available for pickup.
