Cash and credit cards are accepted forms of payment. We require a $25 minimum along with a 3% convenience fee on all credit card purchases.
As required by Florida Law, we charge sales tax, which is added to all purchases, unless you bring a copy of your current Florida Resale Certificate for our records.
All items are sold AS-IS, and all sales are FINAL! Please inspect all items before purchasing as there are NO refunds or exchanges.
Please be advised that L & D Enterprises and/or the Estate for the residence is not liable for any injury or loss on the property. You are entering each property at your own risk!
NO LARGE PURSES, TOTE BAGS OR BACKPACKS allowed at any of our sales. Due to breakage and theft, we must be diligent in the enforcement of this policy. Thank you for understanding.
