All bids submitted are final and irrevocable, all sales are as-is where is, we make no representations or warranties with respect to the items in our auction. Registration to bid is free, we do require a valid credit card. Winning bidder is responsible for picking up their items per the pickup instructions. Failure to pickup items or alert us of a pickup issue will result in the item being resold at a future event with no refund due the prior winning bidder.
