Please plan to pay with cash or Venmo and bring help to load large items. No credit or debit card payments. We have some boxes and bags to help pack your purchases in but bringing your own is also a good idea. Neither Grumbles House nor the homeowner is responsible for accidents. We charge 7.5% sales tax as we are required to pay it.

Our full time gig are our 2 stores in Dunnellon's Historic Village so we don't devote 100% of our time to hosting estate sales. We have over 25 years of experience hosting moving & estate sales but also do garden talks, fashion shows & garden shows as well as open our stores 7 days a week.
