PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING:
1) We do not allow sold stickers, other than our own. If you wish to purchase an item, ask one of our associates for a sold sticker. You are then obligated to purchase that item. Do not hoard items and then "decide" later to "go through" those items to decide if you plan to purchase them. You have taken them out of the sale when you set them back and could cause an item to miss a sale if you decide not to buy.
2) Be sure to examine all items closely and carefully before you pay for them. Remember all items SOLD AS IS, NO REFUNDS. We do not guarantee electronic items are in working order. Please test them in advance of purchasing the item.
3) Prices are not negotiable the first day of a sale, but discounts will occur over the course of the sale, after the first day.
4) Buyer is responsible for removal of large items purchased by two hours before closing on the last day of the sale unless a prior arrangement has been made. Please bring your own help as our employees do not help load large items.
5) Please understand that if anyone is caught stealing, we will call the police.
6) Doors will open at the published time, not before.
7). If you pick up an item and decide not to buy, please place the item back where you got it. If not, please give to an employee and ask them to put the item back where it belongs.
8) If you break or damage an item you are fully responsible for the cost of the item.
9) Please do not bring food or drinks into the house and do not leave your trash on the front porch.
10) Call or text for pre-sales of furniture.
11) We do not honor any written Sign-Up lists.

Description & Details
Friday, October 30 and Saturday, October 31 · 9:00 to 3:00
The jewelry case got us started, and the rest of the house kept going. This well-kept, organized home has something for nearly every kind of shopper, from coin collectors to woodworkers to anyone furnishing a first apartment.
Woodworkers, this one is for you. A custom wooden chest holds an extensive collection of vintage Stanley hand planes, including specialized models, plus a second chest with Stanley bench planes and a Rockwell wood-turning set. Planes like these do not come around often. Come early.
Mid-century lovers will want the walnut bedroom set with its diamond-front veneer: a long dresser and two matching nightstands. Also look for an antique tiger oak curio cabinet with curved glass, a cedar hope chest, a mahogany magazine table, a spool-turned plant stand, an Antique Seth Thomas adamantine mantel clock, and an Elgin 400-day anniversary clock under glass.
Coin and bullion collectors: a 1904 twenty-dollar Liberty gold piece in a bezel, two dozen one-ounce .999 silver rounds, a Philadelphia Centennial silver bar, Morgan and Peace dollars, an 1853 seated half dime, and a tray of foreign coins. The fine jewelry case has 10K and 14K gold pieces with sapphire, ruby, diamond, pearl, amethyst, and citrine; gold chains; a 10K class ring; a heavy sterling charm bracelet; a James Avery bracelet; boxed cufflink sets; and a Montblanc Meisterstück pen set.
Watch people: a vintage Seiko 6138 “UFO” automatic chronograph that runs and resets, a Hamilton QED LED, a Bulova Computron, Elgin and Waltham dress watches, a Movado, and plenty of everyday Seikos. You will also find a few designer-style fashion watches, including Rolex-style and Omega-style pieces. They are not genuine and are priced accordingly.
Around the rest of the house: a solid wood dining table with six chairs, a sleeper sofa, a pair of mid-century style accent chairs, a resin wicker patio set, a king motorized adjustable bed frame, a stacked LG front-load washer and dryer, flat-screen TVs, and plenty of practical bookcases, cabinets, and office storage. Crafters will find Cricut and Sizzix machines. Collectors will find Fenton blue opalescent hobnail and ruby crackle glass, silverplate serving pieces, a run of Avon steins, Boyds Bears, and Beanie Babies, plus art including a signed Uzilevsky serigraph, an original Roy Speltz Longhorns watercolor, and a Thomas Kinkade triple print. There is also a Pride Go-Go Elite Traveller Plus HD mobility scooter.
Cash and credit cards accepted. Address posted 24 hours before the sale.
