This beautiful home will be torn down after the sale and turned into a commercial property.
There will be parts of the home structure that will also be for sale!
Our Client’s Parents spent 40+ Years carefully procuring / collecting most of the items in this sale. Many of the items had colored, round price stickers on them either from when they purchased them or tried to sell them at some point over the last 4 decades.
Those are NOT our prices.
We have attempted to remove all old prices, but if we missed any, our new price supersedes the old price. If you find 2 prices, likely the higher price is ours. Please don’t make a fuss about it – you can’t expect us to honor a price on an item placed there years ago, much less decades ago.
