Bring your own boxes, bags and appropriate wrapping materials for fragile items as there may be little if any available, and do bring your personal helper as our helpers are not allowed to lift or carry buyer purchases.
Due to the tight environment and amount of merchandise in this sale, arrangements will be made for pick up of large furniture after the sale has completed only!
Parking must be on one side of street only to ensure community traffic is not hindered in any way. Do not park on lawns or in the mailbox area, and please do not block driveways.
Due to the many fragile items, children are not allowed at the sale.
Please do not open doors where you might see "Private Do Not Open" signs. The owners will be living here for a period once the estate sale has completed and the home is being prepared to sell, therefore the large appliances, bedroom furniture, den sofa, TV and chest w/speakers are not offered in this sale. And, since this home is set up very tightly please be respectful of each other!
Plan accordingly as there will not be available restroom facilities!
