-Florida law requires us to collect sales tax at the appropriate rate of the county in which the sale is occurring.
-If you have a Resale Certificate and are tax exempt, a current copy must be provided at the time of the sale.
-All items are sold as is.
-ALL SALES ARE FINAL. There are no returns or refunds.
-We accept cash, credit/debit cards, Venmo and Cashapp. -There is a 3% fee for card processing. Tap to Pay is available.
-We do not hold items. All items for sale are first come, first served.
-We do not answer questions about prices of specific items before the sale, unless the item is for pre-sale.
-Weaver Estate Sales is not responsible for any injuries or damages on property or to property.
-Please provide adequate help for loading heavy and/or large items. We are not responsible for loading sold purchases. IF TIME ALLOWS, a separate pick-up time may be arranged (after payment).

DUE TO THE AMOUNT OF FRAGILE ITEMS, SHOPPERS WILL BE LIMITED.
There will be a sign-up sheet located on a table at the beginning of the driveway.

This sale has so much stuff!! The lady collected everything you can imagine! She did love her glass though!!
You will find brand new kitchen items, Mirano glass, multiple glass paperweights, crystal from around the world, collectibles of all kinds, multiple crafting supplies, stationary, China, purses, women’s clothes(M-XXL), exercise items, gardening supplies, tv, computer setup, nice furniture, dvds, cds, vinyl records, sewing machine, jewelry, cassettes, portable dvd players, lights, ladders, luggage, vintage and antique items, books and I could go on for days!
There is so much stuff at this sale! We will be replacing items that are bought because there just isn’t enough room! There are a lot of bins under tables still hiding items! Many things will be priced, but we will also be doing some ole fashion negotiating as well.
Come on out to a great estate sale run by great people. We look forward to seeing everyone and having a great time! Bring your cash, cards and digital wallets. We accept all forms of payment except personal check!
