•. No early birds / numbers will be handed out if needed.
•. Up to 7 guest at a time in the home. Sorry for the inconvenience in advance. Must respect clients home at all times.
•. No bags or purses allowed inside . Small hand wallets are exceptable.
•. Bring Packing materials and manual labor is limited please bring your own materials and muscle for large furniture items.

We will be having a two day additional sale in Pembroke Pines tons of awesome items should be rehomed. Discounts will be given from 20 to 50% on all items. Lots to choose from all large appliances will be for sale. Refrigerator, stove, microwave, washer, dryer, toolbox with lots of tools, garage items, household, kitchenware, kimonos Japanese, kitchen wear, Waterford, lazy oy lift chair, holiday, decorations, electronics, kimonos, lamps, Rosenthal, glasses, and more!! we will be open August 29 and 30th Saturday and Sunday from 10 to 2. Last chance to pick up cool stuff. Please do not park on the grass pick a side of the street and keep the other side clear for emergency egress do not block driveways or mailboxes. Easy access not gated but have HOA rules again please do not park on the grass park in the street on one side of the street. Large purses will not be permitted cross bags only. See you soon.!!
