•. No early birds / numbers will be handed out if needed.
•. Up to 7 guest at a time in the home. Sorry for the inconvenience in advance. Must respect clients home at all times.
•. No bags or purses allowed inside . Small hand wallets are exceptable.
•. Bring Packing materials and manual labor is limited please bring your own materials and muscle for large furniture items.

Estate moving Sale Sat June 19 - Mon 21st. Everything must go client is moving out of the country. Lots of Art, household, kitchenware, pyrex , Snall kitchen appliances ( espresso/Ninja) , signed glass , couple lladros, beautiful floor rugs , light fixtures, cool speakers, personal items ( clothing, shoes, scarfs, and purses), beautiful mid century cabinet , costume, jewlery, albums, collectibles, vintage camera collection , linens, lots of books (newer and vintage both) , patio set , woman’s bike (really nice) , tables and chairs , bedroom set, , house hold products, GAS stove and dryer, wash machine, and more !!! No purses allowed cross body’s only. Be mindful of parking on the cul-de-sac to ensure we don’t block anyone’s driveway or mailbox thank you in advance and we will see you soon . 😊
