Estate Sale Terms & Conditions

1. Payment Methods: We accept Zelle and cash only. If paying in cash, exact change is required, as we do not provide change.

2. Deposits & Holds: A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the asking price is required to hold any item. The remaining balance must be paid, and pick-up must be arranged within 48 hours, or the deposit may be forfeited, and the item returned for sale. Price agreed upon cannot be re-negotiated.

3. Pick-Up & Removal: All purchased items must be removed within 48 hours of purchase, unless prior arrangements are made. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of the item without refund. Disassembly and transportation of large items is the sole responsibility of the buyer, and may only be conducted after full payment. Buyers accept responsibility for any damage caused to the purchase or to the property.

4. Sold As-Is, No Returns: All items are sold as-is, with no warranties, guarantees, or refunds. Buyers assume all responsibility for verifying the condition and functionality of items before purchase.

5. Disassembly & Loading: Certain items, such as furniture, may require disassembly. It is the sole responsibility of the buyer to disassemble, pack, lift, and load their purchases. We do not provide tools, moving equipment, or assistance with loading.

6. Liability Waiver: Buyers enter the premises at their own risk. We are not responsible for accidents, injuries, or damages that occur during the sale, pick-up, or transportation of items.

7. Pricing & Discounts: Prices are firm on the first day of the sale. Discounts may be offered on subsequent days at our discretion. We reserve the right to refuse any offer or sale.

8. Disputes & Final Sales: All sales are final. In the event of a dispute over an item (e.g., multiple buyers at the same time), the seller reserves the right to make the final decision on the sale.

9. Holding Personal Items: Please be mindful of personal belongings. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items while attending the sale.

10. Conduct & Compliance: Disruptive behavior, haggling beyond what is permitted, or failure to comply with these terms may result in removal from the premises.

11. "Preview Days Sale" terms: take 10% off the listed prices, rounded down to the nearest dollar.
