I am a registered business in the State of Florida, therefore, I am required to collect and pay sales tax. If you have a tax exempt form, you will need to bring a copy for me to keep and present your ID that matches the name on the form.
Please bring help to carry and load your purchases because help may not be available. All purchases must be picked up prior to the end of the sale the day of purchase.
Homeowner representative nor Your Home to Theirs Estate Sales are responsible for illness, accidents or injury . Please shop safely!
There will be no public restrooms available at this sale.
Lastly, I don’t want to put this but I need to. We are inviting you into the home of our client. We ask that you be respectful of the home, the neighbors, my helpers and myself. If you do not, you will be asked to leave so please conduct yourself accordingly.

Had to list as by appointment only because you cannot get in the gate if I haven’t called you in. You can call anytime between 9:00 am and 9:00 pm to give me your name in advance of the sale. I may be too busy during the sale to answer so text me and I will try to get you called in during sale hours. If I get you called in during the sale, I will text you the address. Again, it’s better to call me in advance of the sale to give me your name and then you won’t have any issues.
This is a big sale and there is a lot of good stuff. I will be adding more pictures this week and next so keep checking back.
