Please bring help to load large items. Items will not be held without payment. Mara Auctioneers, LLC is not responsible for any accident or injury acquired while on the premises of any sale. Please be aware of your surroundings. Terms & Conditions – Please Read Payment: CASH is preferred, Major Credit Cards will be charged a 5 percent fee. Venmo, Zelle & Cash App will be accepted accepted. If you pay with a credit card you will be required to present identification that matches the name on the card.
Sales Tax: 6.5% will be added to all purchases.
Moving Large Items: Please bring your own help to load furniture and heavy items. Our staff is limited and unable to assist with heavy lifting.
All merchandise must be removed from the property by the close of the sale unless prior written arrangements have been made.
