Please NOTE Parking directions. We apologize for any inconvenience but have to work with the authorities.
REMEMBER: THERE WILL BE NO SIGNS SO NOTE ADDRESS. No parking on the end of the Culdesac where the home is located. No parking around “green island”. Extremely narrow street and garbage and recycling coming through! Garbage and recycling trucks will not service last ten homes if you park on the street! DO NOT PARK with SIX houses of address. The front doorman will ask you to move car before entering sale.
The home is no smoking. Let’s keep it that way! NO Vaping, smoking, eating or drinking. NO RESTROOMS available to the public. Nearest Publix/CVS is located 1.6 miles away at Racetrack and Flora Branch.
PICK UP OF Large items to be Sunday Nov 16, 2- 6pm and Monday 17, 2-6pm.
During the Sunday pick up we will drop prices to 75% OFF. Please schedule your large item pick up time when you pay for item(s) at check out.
SECURITY cameras will be in use throughout the home.
