Several ways to get here, but the easiest is off of South Patrick Dr , Head east on yacht Club boulevard and follow the signs. Please be careful of where you park. My client informed me that the best place to park would be the adjacent street called Seminole. You can park on both sides of the street and take a short walk to the house. We will be driving one vehicle instead of two tomorrow so they'll be two spots in the driveway as well. Happy shopping

Welcome to our two-story estate home in Satellite Beach, this home has been in the family for three generations. With a two-car garage downstairs this house had lots of fun back in the day. I stated in the title of the sale, the first owner also was the proprietor for a vintage rattan shop on corner of 5th Avenue and A1a Indialantic. This home is strewn with pieces from that shop . Everything is for sale including the appliances. Allot of vintage glassware in every color. Paintings, and very cool lamps. The garage is full of clothing and so much Christmas decorations.

This home is huge and every corner has memories and collectables. Either your a reseller or simply someone that just Loves old things, we have something for you

There are two tables with the same style I believe these are the first two items that are shown that were part of the tropic Rattan store in Indialantic back in the 60's

We have a two-piece set both electric recliners with adjustable headrests the following photos show the two different positions of the headrests. The controls are on the side under the armrest also has charging port for your smartphone $400 for the left seat and a $500 for the sofa

This is the only little stain that I've noticed on both pieces on the armrest I'm sure it's an easy clean. The material is not microfiber by the way very comfortable

These are two speaker cabinets built in to the downstairs fireplace room. My client gave me authority to sell them so if you have room in your home the doors on the left open up. And you can put whatever you like inside. They decided to put books inside plus it has the speaker cover. $150 for the pair

We have two ceramic fire log sets on wrought iron bases. The house was set for gas back in the day but they never had gas so there's no reason to keep these. My client said I could sell both of them. $200 each

I was told I could sell all the appliances. The person who bought the home is going to gut the place anyway. The refrigerator is imaculate. Bought several years ago works like a charm. This very vintage desk is from their shop back in the '50s. The shop was called " The Tropic Shop ". They had the shop from the '50s to the '80s, they also ran the post office which was next door. Anyway I'm getting off track. This desk is priced at $250

Now this is a very cool piece. Is it a ironing board or is it a chair who cares I only priced it at $45

But then again it doesn't look like an ironing board here

Okay there are 31 pieces to this set, it is a setting for eight. So you have your dinner plate, your bread plate, tea cup and saucer, two candle sticks, gravy boat, creamer and sugar bowl, and a salad bowl. I priced it at $175 for everything. I looked on a website and one piece was selling for $70 alone

Very cool lazy Susan with typical 1970s colors. Only when the bowls has a small chip but you can't notice it until you look for it. Only $40
