If you have a FLORIDA Resale Certificate and are tax exempt, a CURRENT 2025 copy (we keep) must be provided at the time of the sale. By law, we are not able to accept Resale Certificates from other states.
All items are sold AS IS.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. There are no returns or refunds.
We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and local checks with ID.
We do not hold items! All items for sale are first come, first served.
Sorry, but we do not answer questions about prices of specific items before the sale.
Please provide adequate help for loading heavy and/or large items. We are not responsible for loading sold purchases!
IF TIME ALLOWS, a separate pick-up time may be arranged (after payment) BEFORE THE SALE ENDS.
