ECES ~ Shalimar "Malambri" Estate Sale!

Hi Folks.  Welcome to this sale at 90 COUNTRY CLUB ROAD, SHALIMAR, FL  32579!  This sale will take place on FRIDAY & SATURDAY, October 17th & 18th from 8am to 2pm.  This home has some lovely furniture, decor, kitchen items and Seasonal Decor!!  If you have any questions or would like to Pre-Purchase anything, please text or call Julie at 850-889-5355.  Here is how you can Pre-Buy items:

**Any Pre-Sale items will have a Number, Price & Description.
**If you wish to purchase items that don't have a description and price, please call the contact on the sale or shop the sale on Scheduled Sale Dates.
**If you wish to purchase a "Pre-Sale" item, please text or call Julie at 850-889-5355.  Please send your NAME, the ITEM, ITEM NUMBER and picture of the Item.
**PRE-SALES end at 5:00pm on the day prior to the sale.
**All SALES ARE FINAL, WHERE IS, AS IS.  NO REFUNDS.
**A payment link from SQUARE will be sent to you.  Payment must be paid UPON RECEIPT of link or item will be reposted For Sale.
**All items MUST be PICKED UP during the SALE DATES.  If any item is not picked up by the end of the sale, there WILL NOT BE A REFUND.
**DELIVERIES are available for a fee.  Please call Kevin Dolan at (850)889-5356.
**Taxes will be charged at time of purchase.  If you are a dealer, please bring a copy of your resale certificate.
