Payment is due upon close of Auction. All jewelry, gold and silver MUST be paid by WIRE-No Exceptions. Buyer's Premium 25%. All sales are final, and items are to be picked up by the buyer or buyer's agent upon receipt of payment. After 30 days unclaimed lots will be charged $1.00 per day from the date of sale for storage. Items are described and conditions are noted to the best of the auctioneer's ability. Dimensions are listed as (Width x Depth x Height). Please review photographs carefully to show you the item(s)you are purchasing. Please note, you are purchasing the artwork, we do not insure the frame or lucite covering on the art for damage during shipment. We cover the art with insurance.

We provide in-house shipping on smaller items; if we are able to ship your item, your invoice will include a shipping charge. Just pay your invoice and we will ship your item within 2 weeks of the auction. If a shipping amount was not included on your invoice, your item is too large for us to ship and you will need to arrange a third party shipper. You can call our office at 561-585-8511 for a list of shippers. There are usually 2 vans that drive I-95 North from FL to NY, if you live close to I-95 we should be able to get your item on one of the vans.
