All sales final. no refunds or exchanges, all items sold as-is. All items must be removed by the end of the day Saturday, no exceptions. Presale is available on items, and the price would be at the asking price only, no discounts. Presale is done by appointment only. Please park in the spots available, do not block driveways or mailboxes. There are some very heavy items that if purchased will have to be removed by the end of the day.
