All sales final. no refunds or exchanges, all items sold as-is. All items must be removed by the end of the day Saturday, no exceptions. Please park in the spots available, do not block driveways or mailboxes. There are some very heavy items that if purchased will have to be removed by the end of the day. Bring Help for packing and loading. We do offer shipping on items at the buyers expense.
