Transitions Estates and the owners assume no liability for loss or damages to property, vehicles or persons while at the sale. Please be respectful of the residents and park responsibly. DO NOT park on grass or block driveways or mail boxes. Parking is only permitted on one side of the street. PLEASE BRING HELP TO LOAD OR MAKE ARRANGEMENTS FOR HELP OUR STAFF WILL NOT BE ABLE TO ASSIST YOU AT OUR SALE. All purchases must be removed by 2:00 pm on Saturday March 8th 2025 unless other arrangements have been made. Sales Tax will be collected. DEALERS if WE DO NOT HAVE YOUR CURRENT TAX CERTIFICATE ON FILE FOR 2025 YOU WILL BE CHARGED TAX. If you have a re-sale tax certificate, please present your 2024 copy before checking out at the register otherwise you will be charged tax. Please No Strollers, food or drinks allowed inside home. Children under 12 are welcome but must be supervised at all times. Sorry No Pre-Sales or pricing given out prior to sale. Debit/Credit Cards accepted on purchases $15.00 and up. Phase II is ready and the house is full of great items! Left from Phase I you will still find an excellent assortment of Ladies Clothing, Shoes, Belts, Socks and Handbags with more of the same added and prices have been adjusted on those items. We have also added more Costume Jewelry and Vera Bradley Handbags that were never used.

Lots of great Furniture, Lamps, Rugs, Kitchen Ware, Marble Vases, Statues and other great Collectables.  The garage is over full of 100's of items from  Tools to General Household and more.  The photos will tell the story of what to expect and more.  This is a true Treasure Hunt and we will be adding more photos on Monday and Tuesday so be sure check back.
