Accepted Payment Methods: Cash, Venmo, CashApp, PayPal
All sales are final. No refunds, exchanges, or holds.
Loading and Pickup: Buyers are responsible for bringing their own help, tools, and vehicles for loading and transporting purchased items. The seller will not provide lifting, loading, or delivery assistance. Items must be picked up by the end of the sale unless otherwise agreed.
Liability: The seller and property owner are not responsible for accidents, injuries, or damage that may occur on the premises. Enter at your own risk. Parents must accompany and supervise children at all times.
Item Condition: All items are sold as-is, where-is, with no guarantees or warranties expressed or implied. We encourage you to inspect items carefully before purchase.
Entry & Conduct: Please respect the property, neighbors, and other attendees. Disorderly conduct, line-jumping, or disrespectful behavior may result in being asked to leave. We reserve the right to limit entry if the space becomes crowded.
