Transitions Estates and the owners assume no liability for loss or damages to property, vehicles or persons while at the sale. Please be respectful of the residents and park responsibly. DO NOT park on grass or block driveways or mail boxes. Parking is only permitted on one side of the street. PLEASE BRING HELP TO LOAD OR MAKE ARRANGEMENTS FOR HELP OUR STAFF WILL NOT BE ABLE TO ASSIST YOU AT OUR SALE. All purchases must be removed by 3:00 pm on Sunday November 24th 2025 unless other arrangements have been made. Sales Tax will be collected. DEALERS if WE DO NOT HAVE YOUR CURRENT TAX CERTIFICATE ON FILE FOR 2025 YOU WILL BE CHARGED TAX. If you have a re-sale tax certificate, please present your 2025 copy before checking out at the register otherwise you will be charged tax. Please No Strollers, food or drinks allowed inside home. Children under 12 are welcome but must be supervised at all times. Sorry No Pre-Sales or pricing given out prior to sale. Debit/Credit Cards accepted on purchases $15.00 and up. Description & Details

This is Phase One of this sale.  The home is over full of treasures from Victorian, Antiques, Vintage, MCM, to General Household. You will be amazed at what awaits your shopping pleasures. We still have photos to add of 1 room downstairs and 3 rooms upstairs so be sure to check back on Monday & Tuesday.

We ask that you please do not call or text for questions on pricing or sizes for we still have a lot of pricing to be done.  I will say that the Ladies Clothing is size L and the Shoes are Size 9. Lots of beautiful Costume Jewelry.

We will let the photos tell the story of this collector who traveled all over and abroad.

We hope to have Phase 2 ready before Christmas.
