We will be limiting entry to 25 people at a time because of the size of the house.
Parking available on both sides of Osborne Avenue and side streets. Watch for areas that are designated No Parking and as always, do not block driveways or mailboxes.
Fixtures and parts of the house (construction items) will be available for pick up on Monday-Wednesday, August 17-19. That will include window frames, hot water heater, outdoor plants, ceiling fans and lighting fixtures, etc.
We accept cash and credit cards. Ten dollar minimum for credit card purchases. We always charge tax. No checks please. All sales are final.. No refunds, no returns, so please check your items carefully before purchasing. Packing materials, boxes and bags will be available for your purchases. Not responsible for accidents. Bring help to load large or heavy items. Staff will not be available to help until after sale hours.

This is an estate sale as well as a demolition preparation sale.
We will be offering all items in the home during the estate sale. Items that are normally designated as "fixtures" will also be for sale, and available for pick-up between Monday and Wednesday, August 17-19. This will include inside lighting fixtures, windows, hot water heater, bathroom sink and toilet, hardware from cabinetry, doors inside and outside, fencing around the property, bricks and pavers, step railing, in-ground plants.
The estate sale items include washer and dryer, refrigerator, stove, microwave, curtains, rods, couches, an extendable dining room table, bookshelves, Queen bed, double bed, twin bed, extra mattress, bedroom side tables, desks, table lamps, office chairs, multiple televisions and monitors.
This is a bike riding family. We have lots of riding clothes and bicycle parts. (No bikes, sorry) But, we DO have a surfboard!
There is clothing for men, women, boys, and girls. Mostly men's clothing and shoes.
There is a rather unique wooden bar with 3 barstools, which includes a lighted overhead wooden rack for stemware.
The kitchen has your normal fare, lots of pots/pans, cookware, small kitchen appliances, plasticware, etc. There is also a very useful kitchen cabinet, which might also be utilized in other rooms.
Lots of throws and blankets, usual amount of linens and towels.
CDs, Brother printer, photo scanner, tripod, binoculars.
Barware, glassware, Lenox, a few Indiana glass, Fenton, and others.
