We do not supply tools to remove things such as mirrors from dressers, or hoses from Appliances. Please come prepared if these are the types of things you are looking to purchase.
We are not responsible for accidents inside or outside of the property. Please Park responsibly. Leave room for emergency vehicles, mail trucks, garbage trucks etc,. Do not park in driveways or on neighbors lawns.

As this residence is in a secured gated community, the bulk of the Estate will be sold at an off-sight location and open to the public. The large items and furniture will be viewed and sold at the penthouse by appointment only. It is the responsibility of the buyers to remove items from the penthouse in a timely manner.
