Packed Hoarder House

One day only. Please note...due to HOA rules, this will be a short, four hour sale for one day only, Sunday July 19th. Very odd hours, but you can sleep in! 11:30 am to 3:30 pm.

Dolls, lots of dolls and doll stuff. Doll houses and furnishings. Collectibles, knick knacks and miscellaneous home decor. Costume jewelry. Lots of sewing and craft items. Tons of clothing, designer/name brand, most of which have never been worn and still have the tags. Vintage clothing including jumpers, pant suits, skirts and tops from the 60's-70's. Also loads of large bagged clothing with good pieces for resellers. We have sorted through these and removed stained/damaged items. Each bag contains roughly 25 to 30 items. These are only $5 a bag! Please do not open these bags and make a mess. Loads of books, Christmas decor and *bundle* boxes to pick through, everything in those boxes will be less than $1.00 and we will be bundling! Lots of furniture (antique, vintage, modern, wicker, rattan etc.)including a chrome and glass dining set, rattan dining set, antique dining set. All furniture and everything else is priced to move because we only have four hours to do it! Some tools, but not much. A generator(propane)that was bought before a hurricane but never used. The generator is $250 OBO. Just tons of things to pick through!

What we don't have at this sale...military, coins, firearms, sterling, gold and ephemera.

The sale is cash only. Sunday only.
