Items are sold AS-IS, WHERE-IS with no warranties or guarantees. Descriptions, measurements, and conditions are provided as a courtesy and are not guaranteed.
PAYMENT:
We accept cash, credit/debit cards, wire transfers and cashiers checks. A convenience fee may apply for card payments. Florida sales tax is collected unless a valid resale certificate is presented before checkout.
PRICING & HOLDS:
No holds without 50% deposit. High-value items may be subject to bids or offers at the discretion of Complete Estate Solutions.
ENTRY:
We may use a sign-up sheet or numbers for entry. We reserve the right to limit shoppers inside at any time. Not responsible for accidents, injuries, damage, or loss on the property.
REMOVAL OF PURCHASES:
Buyers must bring their own tools, labor, and equipment for moving items. All large items must be removed within 5 business days after the final sale day, unless otherwise arranged. Buyers are responsible for disconnecting appliances safely. Certain removals may require licensed professionals.
JEWELRY, FIREARMS & HIGH-VALUE ITEMS:
Small valuables may be kept off-site until sale day. ID may be required for high-value purchases.
PARKING:
Follow posted parking instructions. Do not block driveways or mailboxes. Towing may be enforced.
CHILDREN & PETS:
Children must remain with an adult at all times. No pets except certified service animals.
SECURITY:
This sale may be monitored by video surveillance.
RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE:
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone violating posted rules.
