**Catalog Updates**: New items are added to our catalog daily. Please check regularly for updates.

**Auction Terms:**
1. **Buyer's Premium**: A 14% buyer's premium will be added to the winning bid to determine the total purchase price.
2. **Responsibility for Purchased Items**: The buyer is responsible for both the payment and the pickup of purchased items.
3. **Payment Before Removal**: Items will not be released or removed from the premises until full payment has been received.
4. **No Returns Policy**: All items are sold "as is, where is," with no warranty expressed or implied. No returns, refunds, or exchanges are accepted.
5. **Shipping**:
- We offer shipping for some smaller, pre-determined lots.
- Buyers are responsible for arranging shipping for all large, heavy, or fragile items.
- Please confirm shipping requirements before bidding. A $10 handling fee per lot is charged for time and materials by us.
- Shipping, handling, and insurance costs are the responsibility of the buyer without exception.
- Ensure your shipping address is correct. If shipping to an alternate address, this must be indicated as your alternate address before payment.
- Please select your shipping preferences before bidding if shipping is required. This will expedite the process.
- Buyers requiring shipping will receive an invoice once shipping fees are calculated. You will have two days to address any questions or modify your payment method. If no changes are made within this period, your credit card on file will be automatically charged, and your items will be shipped.
