Bring your own boxes, packing materials and MUSCLE. Please do not ask us to move furniture. We cannot stop waiting on people to carry furniture, and we're not spring chickens, either!
Enter all sales at your own risk. We, and the homeowner/tenant/client, are not responsible for any accidents on or around the property.
Please do not block neighbors driveways and mail boxes. Where possible, park on the same side of the street as the sale.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL- NO REFUNDS, NO RETURNS. Please be sure your item works before purchase.
