We do not give out prices before the sale.

The address will be released Friday morning at 8am to our email subscribers and social media followers, and 9am for the general public. Numbers will be put outside the house, and you can take up to two numbers (one for yourself and one for a friend if you are holding their spot).

You will be on recorded surveillance throughout the house. Anyone caught stealing or damaging items will be permanently banned at the discretion of the estate sale company management and/or head of security, and a police report will be filed.

We take cash, Venmo, and Cash App.
In addition, we take credit, debit, and Apple Pay with a 3% surcharge.

Please bring your own tools & muscles for loading.
