Cash and credit cards are accepted forms of payment. We require a $25 minimum along with a 3% convenience fee on all credit card purchases.
As required by Florida Law, we charge sales tax, which is added to all purchases, unless you bring a copy of your current Florida Resale Certificate for our records.
All items are sold AS-IS, and all sales are FINAL! Please inspect all items before purchasing as there are NO refunds or exchanges.
Please be advised that L & D Enterprises and/or the Estate for the residence is not liable for any injury or loss on the property. You are entering each property at your own risk!
NO LARGE PURSES, TOTE BAGS OR BACKPACKS allowed at any of our sales. Thank you for understanding.
Due to liability and other reasons, NO PETS are allowed at any of our sales (including support pets). Sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.

Estate sale in Zellwood Station and the house is packed with quality Ethan Allen furnishings. Lots of great items in this sale.
Gate guard will not let you in until 8:00 so no early birds. Sorry! Also, do not plan on getting in the gate after 2:00. They will not let you in. Please follow the directions on the bottom of your pass. This will be the quickest way to the home. There is no signage allowed in the neighborhood.
The neighborhood HOA only allows a 2-day sale, so everything will be priced to sell. Everything must go!
