This sale is an onsite estate sale. We accept Cash, Venmo, Credit or Debit Cards.
Please be prepared to provide your own labor. Our employees will not be available to help in moving, loading, or delivering items during the sale.
No large shopping bags or purses will be allowed into the sale without prior inspection.
All children are to remain directly with their parents and must be supervised at all times. Children are NOT allowed to run and play all over the house. Children are NOT allowed to play with or handle items before they have been purchased. Parent is responsible for purchasing any items broken by their children.
We offer holding table/shelves when there is room to do so; however, we are not responsible for items that may be removed from the holding area while you are shopping. We reserve the right to ask you to pay for items in the holding area as placing an item(s) on the holding area is a commitment by you to buy item(s).
We have the right to refuse the sale of any item due to missing price sticker, sticker swapping or an item that may have been mispriced.
NO pets permitted, unless they are Service Animals.
No public restrooms available.
Please be respectful to other shoppers. Security staff reserves the right to enforce loss prevention, prohibit purchases, and remove individuals from the premises when appropriate.
Bring bags/totes/boxes/wrapping for your items at checkout. We do not provide these. We reserve the right to inspect all shopping bags prior to anyone exiting the sale.
We prohibit hoarding items to sort through later. Placing items on the hold tables equals a commitment to purchase. No exceptions.
If you pick up an item and decide not to buy it, please place the item back where you found it.
Please be careful while shopping. If you break or damage an item, you are fully responsible for the cost of the item.
Please respect the property. If you damage the homeowner's property during the sale, you will be held financially responsible.
Some larger items or fixtures may not be able to be removed until the last day of the sale. We will make every attempt to accommodate buyer but cannot guarantee immediate removal of the item.
All items must be removed prior to the end of sale unless other arrangements have been made with the Estate Sale staff.
*Please park only where designated. Please do not block driveways, roads, mailboxes or fire hydrants.

The owner of this estate had a ceramics studio and it contains a kiln, numerous molds, and many items that were made by her and others. There are multiple bedroom suites (American Drew, Sumter Cabinet Co, Bassett, Broyhill, and more), china sets, many kitchen items and small appliances, a huge 1970s Pfalzgraff collection, MCM decor including a rare Curtis Jere Wall Sculpture, rattan furniture, outdoor furniture and yard art, costume jewelry, tools, lawn mower, Columbian vise, and so much more.
