*Georgia Sales Tax will be collected. If you have a re-sale tax certificate, please present a recent copy before checking out. Otherwise, sales tax will be collected.

*All sales are final and items are sold in “as is” condition. No warranty expressed or implied is made by VT Estate Sales.

* There is a 4% convenience fee for all credit/debit card purchases.

*VT Estate Sales and the property owners assume no liability for any loss or damages to your property, vehicles or persons while at the sale.

* As a reminder, shoplifters WILL BE prosecuted! Premises may be videotaped and/or photographed.

*While we work to price every item, our staff will gladly assist you if a price tag is missing.

*Prices on some items are inventoried and price matched at checkout.

*No large bags or purses.

*Thank you for being respectful of properties and PARKING RESPONSIBLY. DO NOT park on grass or block driveways, mailboxes or fire hydrants.

*Please bring your own packing materials, boxes, etc for any fragile items.
