All sales are final; items sold “as is, where is.”
No refunds, returns, or warranties (expressed or implied).
ACCEPTED TYPE OF PAYMENT: Cash, Venmo, Cashapp, or Zelle. No exceptions.

Item Pick-Up & Moving
Buyer is responsible for any damage to property during item removal.
We recommend the ROADIE app to move large items (it instantly connects you with local drivers with large trucks/uhauls who can pick up same day!)

Rules & Conduct
No large bags or purses allowed.
Please be respectful of the home and property—please return items you choose not to buy.
Please keep children with you at all times.
Please do not enter taped-off areas or remove sold signs/tape.
Shoplifters will be prosecuted. Premises may be monitored by video/photo.

Safety & Liability
J&C. LLC and property owners are not liable for:
Personal injury, COVID exposure, or property loss.
Damage or theft of purchased items left on-site.
Please watch your step—some areas may have uneven surfaces or unusual stairs.
ESS LLC reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.
Firearms (including concealed carry) and unruly behavior are prohibited.

Animals
Service or Emotional Support Animals must wear tags and be disclosed to staff before entering.
Owners are responsible for all pets.

Parking
Please do not block driveways, mailboxes, fire hydrants, or park on grass.
Please park responsibly to respect the neighborhood and property.
