Hi, thanks for viewing our estate sale. Please review the following terms before making a purchase:
1. All sales are final. There are no returns, refunds, or exchanges, and no exceptions.
2. We accept cash, credit, and Venmo. There is a 3.75 percent processing fee for credit cards and charges will show as Leave it to Lara!. Sales tax will be added to all purchases unless you provide a valid ST-5 tax exempt form.
3. We will do our best to answer questions as time allows, but response times may be limited during the sale.
4. Buyers are responsible for bringing their own labor and materials for pickup. Our team may not be available to assist with moving, loading, or delivering items. We are happy to recommend trusted moving and delivery companies upon request.
5. We are not responsible for any injury sustained during pickup on the premises where items are collected.
6. Children must remain with their parents during pickup and must be supervised at all times. Any item damaged during pickup must be purchased by the responsible party.
7. We kindly ask all buyers to treat these items with care. These belongings represent a lifetime of memories for our clients, and we appreciate your respect during pickup and handling.
