Estate Sale Solutions offers Free Consultations and Walk-Through. Policy Terms and Disclosures will be provided to Estate Owner on all Estate Sale Activities. Cash, electronic, or business checks with valid ID only. NO personal checks, American Express, nor will be accepted. Local Tax will be charged for all sales. * Credit card processing fees for Square, Inc., 3.5%, for payment POS card processing (including Taps with Apple Pay, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and Zelle), are type of credit/debit cards accepted.

All bags will be checked at exit. A receipt must accompany your sale.l as proof of payment for each item. Theft will be reported.

All sales are final. Everything is sold as-is, with NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES, so be sure to inspect items before you purchase. Bring help if you purchase large items that need hauling/transport.

Arrangements for Hauling/transport must be arranged, and removals completed by the end date of the Estate Sale - (unless prior confirmation is made with ESS LLC). ESS LLC staff is not responsible for deliveries, lost items, or items left without pick up. State and Local County Sales tax will be charged for each sales receipt and filed per the State of Georgia.

Estate Sale Solutions LLC (assumes no liability for COVID, personal injury, or theft on premises). Please take charge of Service Animals, and children brought with you to the Estate Sale, as ESS LLC, nor its Agent, assumes no responsibility for injury/theft.

ESS LLC reserves the right to refuse service. Theft may result and conviction.

ESS LLC is not responsible for accidents, nor fire arm incidents (concealed carry or otherwise). Pets and children must be managed. Property owner, nor ESS LLC not responsible for accidents as a result of noncompliance.
