•This is going to be huge!
OIndoor and outdoor shopping spaces!
•Due to limited space, the indoor shopping will be a line event. Only a limited number of people at a time can access the space. At 9:30 am, we will begin the queue for placement in line. You will be given a numbered ticket so there's no need to physically wait in line.
•The outdoor shopping spaces will be accessible to everyone at 10 am with no waiting!
•BALLOON BUSTER DISCOUNTS AND PRIZES! When you check out, donate to the Atlanta humane society. $3 per balloon or 2 for $5. Pop your balloon to receive discounts and prizes! Every balloon is a winner, both for you AND unhoused doggies waiting for a home.
CASH ONLY!
•Everything sold "as is" and all sales are
final.
•On Saturday, the prices will be set and there will be NO markdowns whatsoever.
NO EXCEPTIONS!
On Sunday, markdowns will begin at 12 noon. Final markdowns will begin at 2 pm.
From 4pm until 6pm, we will consider offers on all remaining merchandise.
•Food and beverages will be available for sale.
Due to limited space, some merchandise sold during our event will need to be picked up between 4-6 pm, on the day of purchase. There will be NO holdovers, period. Failure to pick up during this time will result in forfeiture of the merchandise and no refunds will be issued.
This policy is 100% NON-NEGOTIABLE and strictly enforced. So please, make your arrangements early and plan accordingly.
NO CHILDREN OR PETS.
NO PUBLIC RESTROOMS.
•Security cameras will be setup in all
areas of the sale, so SMILE!
Attendants will be on hand to help answer any questions you might have. If they are unable to assist with specific information about particular items, you will be directed to the event host who is knowledgeable about every piece of merchandise. (He might even share a story about the history of any item for sale.)
Street parking will be available. Please be courteous and mindful of our neighbors.
I don't want to inconvenience the residents in the area with a chaotic weekend. Not the legacy that I want to leave with my community as my last act before moving.

• Hanging/swinging daybed with luxurious 10 inch memory foam mattress and oversized pillows/bolsters stuffed with 20 pounds of poly-fill.
• BRAND NEW never used above ground swimming pool. 12'x 24'x 52". Box was destroyed but the contents are still in the plastic sleeves that it was packaged in.
• Coleman 4 person Saluspa (inflatable jacuzzi).
