AVONDALE ESTATES SALE -

We hope you can join us at this lovely home in the heart of Avondale Estates this weekend. There are so many diverse treasures awaiting you, from crafting items to collectibles, to gently used household items. And all just neat as a pin!

Here are some of the items you will find:

A massive sewing/quilting room, with everything you'll ever need. There's a serger, a Singer Featherweight sewing machine, specialized tables and carts, so many books and patterns, materials, fillers, thread and thread racks and some things we aren't even sure what they're used for!

There's also a large collection of handmade quilts and quilted pieces available.

If you sew, this is the sale for you!

Everything you need to entertain at home! At least five sets of dishes (including a large set of Pfaltzgraff), numerous sets of drinking glasses, including some signed, tons of serving bowls, silver plated pieces, and more. There's even a collection of coasters!

And speaking of the kitchen, this kind lady loved to cook and her kitchen shows it, with so many well kept appliances, good pots and pans, a beautiful collection of handmade pottery pieces and more.

And speaking of entertaining, check out the Christmas room, where you'll find a large set of Lenox Holiday china and serving pieces. And while there, check out the other Christmas items, from Hawthorne Village houses to a collections of Boston Terrier ornaments, wooden nutcrackers, quilted pillows, runners and throws and artist made Santas. Plus so many wreaths, silk flowers, lights and more. Sure to put you in the spirit!

Of course, there's also lovely glassware and porcelain throughout the home. Crystal includes Waterford, Rosenthal, Frabel Studios and depression glass. While porcelain includes Lenox, Royal Dux, Wedgwood and more.

And did we mention the antique stained glass panels throughout the home?

Other collections include a circus worth of clowns, an interesting knife collection, so many beautiful baskets, including by Longaberger as well as a number of handmade and signed baskets, a collection of fancy wooden puzzles by companies like Ruikiyarf and Pijesaksa, and some vintage Braves baseball items, including several with signatures.

You'll also find vintage clothing (including some great t-shirts!) as well as purses, hats and so many scarves.

And of course, every home has to have furnishings, and these don't disappoint. From a wine rack to a rolling serving cart, to various dressers, a pub table with pullout boards (perfect for a smaller space) and of course quilt racks, display cases, a gorgeous hall tree and more.

There also are several vintage clocks in the house, including BOTH a grandfather and a grandmother clock.

And for your outdoor spaces, we have outdoor tables and chairs, a very large storage bin, outdoor fans and more. Summer is almost here!

Looking for a little fun? There are several shelves of games and cards and several shelves of books, including a number of signed books. There's even a small collection of early LP records.

Even the tools at this house are in lovely collection. There are a number of hand tools, as well as electrical items, like a wet/dry vac, a Generac Generator, a Dremel with attachments and more.
