1. All Sales Are Final
• No refunds, returns, or exchanges. Items are sold “as-is, where-is.”
2. Payment Methods
• Acceptable forms of payment include: Cash, Zelle, Venmo
• No checks without prior approval.
3. Pricing
• Prices are firm on Day 1. Reasonable offers may be considered later in the sale.
4. No Early Birds
• No entry or sales before the stated start time.
5. Entry
• We reserve the right to limit the number of people inside the home at one time.
• Please be respectful of neighbors and do not block driveways or mailboxes.
6. Liability Waiver
• Entry is at your own risk. The estate, homeowner, and estate sale company are not liable for accidents or injuries.
7. Item Pickup
• All items must be removed by the end of the sale unless prior arrangements are made.
• Buyer is responsible for moving and loading purchases—bring help if needed.
8. No Holds
• Items cannot be held without full payment.
9. Children
• Children must be supervised at all times.

10. Pets
• No pets allowed inside unless certified service animals
