~Bring help to load large items. Our team is not authorized to help with loading of large items, smaller items are at our discretion. We have a list of movers in the area buyers can contact for large items.

~We are Not responsible for any injury or illness while attending our sales.

Assisting customers with the loading of an item is at the discretion of Powers Estate Sales.

If Powers Estate Sales does assist, we are NOT liable for any injury or damage.

We do NOT assist with disassembly or the moving/loading of large/heavy furniture/items or fragile items.

You will need to come prepared with your own labor, tools, packing/wrapping materials, etc. for these items.
