IMPORTANT AUCTION NOTICE

The owner reserves the right to accept an offer for all remaining merchandise and store contents prior to the 4:00 PM deadline.

At 4:00 PM SHARP, all individual sales and private offers end.

If the entire remaining inventory is sold before 4:00 PM, the 5:00 PM auction will be cancelled and notice will be posted immediately.

If the inventory has not been sold in its entirety by 4:00 PM, everything remaining becomes part of the auction lot and will be sold at 5:00 PM as ONE COMPLETE LOT WITH NO RESERVE.

🚨 4:00 PM — INDIVIDUAL SALES END

At 4:00 PM SHARP, all individual merchandise sales will stop.

Anything remaining in the store at that time becomes part of the FINAL AUCTION LOT and will no longer be available for individual purchase.

👀 4:00–5:00 PM — AUCTION PREVIEW & BIDDER REGISTRATION

From 4:00 PM until 5:00 PM, bidders may inspect everything remaining in the store and register for the auction.

This is your opportunity to see exactly what is included before bidding begins.

🔨 5:00 PM — NO-RESERVE AUCTION

At 5:00 PM, everything remaining will be sold as ONE COMPLETE LOT WITH NO RESERVE!

The highest bidder buys EVERY UNSOLD ITEM REMAINING, including merchandise, displays, fixtures and other included store contents.
