Our client moved to assisted living in Athens to get closer to family. We are selling what she couldn’t squeeze into her new space. Some of the neighbors in the past have voiced a need to get rid of some pieces. We have agreed to let the neighbors add to this estate sale. That’s why I called it a 55+ Neighborhood estate sale. Please notice our change in hours and days for this sale. A wedding in the community on Friday kept us from being able to start on Friday. We will not close on Saturday for lunch since that’s our first day. Sunday we will be open from 1pm. to 4pm. at 50% off or reasonable offers.
