Welcome to our Estate Sale!
All items are offered for sale by the estate/executor. By entering the premises or making a purchase, you agree to the following terms:
1. All Sales Are Final – No refunds, exchanges, returns, or cancellations. Once an item is paid for, it is yours.
2. Items Sold “As Is” – All merchandise is sold in its current condition with no warranties, guarantees, or representations of any kind (express or implied) regarding age, authenticity, condition, functionality, or value. Buyers are encouraged to inspect items thoroughly before purchase. 
3. You Break It, You Buy It – You are responsible for any damage you cause to items, fixtures, or the property. Staff will assess and charge you the full asking price (or replacement value if higher).
4. Payment – Accepted forms: Cash, credit/debit cards (with possible convenience fee), or approved mobile payments. All sales are subject to applicable sales tax. We reserve the right to refuse any payment method.
5. Pricing & Discounts – Prices are firm unless otherwise posted. Discounts (if any) typically apply only on the final day and are at the company’s discretion. No negotiations during preview or early sale times.
6. First Come, First Served – No holds, layaways, or reserves unless explicitly allowed by staff. Numbered tickets or entry systems may be used for crowd control.
7. Removal & Delivery – All purchases must be removed by the end of the sale or by the posted removal deadline. Large items may require buyer-provided assistance or third-party movers (at buyer’s expense). We are not responsible for loading or delivery unless pre-arranged and paid for.
8. Behavior & Conduct – Please be respectful to staff, other shoppers, and the property. No food/drinks inside (except water), no pets, no running, and no photography without permission. The company reserves the right to ask anyone to leave for any reason.
9. Parking & Access – Park only in designated areas. Do not block driveways or neighbors. Early birds may be asked to wait until official opening time.
10. Liability – The estate sale company and estate are not liable for any injuries, lost/stolen items, or damage to personal property while on the premises. Enter and shop at your own risk.
11. Unsold Items – Remaining items after the sale may be donated, discarded, or handled per the seller’s instructions. No additional sales or scavenging.
12. Changes – The company reserves the right to modify these terms or sale procedures as needed for safety, weather, or other circumstances.
