Auction pickup will be hosted Tuesday, February 3rd by appointment only.
A link to schedule pickup time, and pickup address, will be sent to winning bidders after the auction closes.
Pickups are scheduled in 15 minute increments from 9a-4p.
Location: Decatur, GA 30030
If you cannot pickup on this designated day & time, do NOT bid.
Please bring cash if you’d like to purchase additional small items in the home that were not included in the auction.
There is a set of 4 stairs to enter the property. Some items are located on the second floor. Please bring moving assistance for large pieces. Apologies, we will not be able to assist.
Please also bring any packing materials you may need such as packing paper or boxes.
If you are not able to come during these times due to extenuating circumstances, please contact Kelsey via text 615-708-5136 to set up alternative arrangements for pickup.
Items not picked up during the designated time are considered forfeit unless prior communication has taken place via text. The are no refunds for forfeited items and removal charges may apply.
Please Be Advised: There will be a $75 charge (per item) for any furniture that is NOT picked up during the scheduled time frame.
In order to best serve all clients, pickup times cannot be extended. Thank you for your understanding!
